Shipping Policy (Updated January 2026)

- Custom jewelry is made to order and requires 3–6 weeks for processing. Orders placed in December or February may take longer.

- Customization details must be provided at checkout or via email. Processing cannot begin without this information.

- Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made. Misspelled names may only be corrected within 24 hours of purchase.

- Non-custom orders are processed within 1–10 business days.

- USPS delivery typically takes 1–5 business days after shipment.

- Tracking information will be sent via email or text once your order ships.

- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment.

- Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require a $5 reshipping fee.

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact USPS directly for delivery-related issues.
