Replacement Policy


Damaged on Arrival

If your custom piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll request clear photos and your order number so we can send a free replacement.


Breakage or Discoloration (Craftsmanship Issues)

If your piece breaks or changes color within 30 days of delivery due to a craftsmanship defect, we’ll replace it at no cost.
